Terms of Service
These Terms govern the Vyron website, account dashboard, self-hosted server panel, support tools and Vyron Plus.
1. Provider and service operator
The Vyron services are operated by Bernd Springer under the names Vyron and Vyron Technology.
2. Scope and definitions
These Terms apply to all users of Vyron websites, accounts, software downloads, panel functions and paid services. Conflicting user terms apply only if expressly accepted in writing.
A panel is a Vyron installation on infrastructure selected and controlled by the user. Plus is the optional paid account plan shown during checkout.
3. Services
Vyron provides software and online services for managing Minecraft servers. Features may include installation, process control, console access, file management, add-on discovery, monitoring, team access, API access, updates and support.
The current product interface defines the available feature set. Beta, preview and unavailable features are not guaranteed and may be changed or removed.
4. User accounts
Account information must be accurate. Login credentials, API keys and panel access tokens must be protected. Users are responsible for account activity unless unauthorized access is reported promptly.
Users may not impersonate others, bypass technical restrictions, disrupt the service or interfere with other users.
5. Vyron Plus
Vyron Plus is a paid subscription that unlocks the features presented during checkout. It is associated with the purchasing account and may not be resold or transferred without permission.
A contract is formed when the payment provider confirms the purchase and Vyron activates Plus. Test and promotional access may be limited or withdrawn under the stated conditions.
6. Prices and payment
Unless a different price is displayed at checkout, Vyron Plus costs EUR 5 per month. Checkout shows the final price, billing interval and any discount before payment.
Payments are processed by PayPal or another provider shown at checkout. Recurring charges continue until cancellation. The payment provider's terms also apply.
7. Term and cancellation
A monthly subscription renews for another month unless cancelled. Cancellation through the billing area normally ends paid access at the end of the current billing period. Mandatory termination rights remain unaffected.
8. Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when the contract is concluded.
Submit an unambiguous withdrawal request through Support & Feedback. Include the account username, order date and a clear withdrawal statement. If immediate performance was expressly requested, a proportionate amount may be due for services already provided.
9. User duties and prohibited use
Users must comply with applicable law, third-party licences and hosting rules. Vyron may not be used for malware, attacks, intellectual-property infringement, access-control evasion or unlawful content.
Users are responsible for their own infrastructure, server configuration, backups, firewall rules, licences and uploaded content.
10. Third-party software and services
Minecraft, server loaders, mods, plugins, payment services and integrations are supplied by independent third parties. Their licences, terms, availability and privacy policies apply separately. Vyron is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
11. Availability and changes
Vyron aims to provide reliable services but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents, network failures and third-party outages may restrict access. Reasonable changes may be made for security, compatibility, legal or technical reasons.
12. Liability and statutory rights
Vyron is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability and expressly given guarantees.
For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and typical foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory warranty, conformity and consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections in the user's country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Changes will be published with a new effective date.
